Pre-teen and Teen Programs
Pre-teens and teens need exercise too! Here at Longfellow we always accommodate our members and add classes accordingly. Young adults can take Yoga or Spin classes, Kinesis sessions, or group exercise classes. We can also put together programs for small groups to suit all schedules and lifestyles.
Kids yoga is for children ages 5 to 9 years old. Yoga is for both boys and girls! It is a great way to build strength, flexibility, stamina and to dissipate pent-up energy. Children and teens who participate in sports find that yoga helps them to be more focused and effective when the pressure is on.
Classes are on Thursdays.
4:15 – 5 pm ages 5 – 9 years old
Weekend Kidz Club
What are your children doing when school is out? Why not sign them up for one or more days at Longfellow to participate in our fun, active program! Longfellow offers full-day programs (and half-day programs for pre-schoolers) and includes activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, gym-time, outside play, and much more! Ages 4 and older.
