Group Classes

The Longfellow Health Clubs have long been known for our diverse and motivational group exercise programs.  Our group classes encompass all group exercise classes - strength, boot camp, dance, and water exercise. Yoga and Pilates classes are offered under our Lumina at Longfellow program. We offer classes for people of all levels and abilities, each designed to challenge and inspire you.  Sometimes working out with others adds that little bit of extra energy and accountability you need to keep going. You’ll never get bored, and you’ll find yourself challenged to next level fitness by our staff of certified instructors. So that there’s a class for everyone, we offer both high impact and low intensity group fitness.

High impact exercise is hard-hitting and conditioning; low intensity classes, like yoga, Pilates or water exercise, are just as effective but far gentler on muscles and joints. Group exercise classes are offered at no extra charge to Longfellow members. If you’re ready to have fun and get fit, group exercise is for you!

Check out the group fitness schedule of the Longfellow Health Club location nearest you and find classes that include: Indoor Cycling, Vinyasa Yoga,  Stretch, Roll and Sing, Mat Pilates, Hot Yoga, Barre Classes, Boot camp, Zumba, Muscle Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Funky Groove, Quick Fix and more!
