Group Exercise Natick Schedule

Our group exercise program offers a wide variety of classes throughout the day, all included with membership. From early morning options like Quick Fix and Cycle to high-energy classes like Boot Camp, Burn Zone Circuit, and Zumba, there’s something for every fitness level. Members can also enjoy strength training, Pilates, barre, and multiple yoga styles. With classes offered seven days a week and led by experienced instructors, it’s easy to stay motivated and keep your routine fresh.

Meet the Group Exercise Director: Lisa Wilkins

Lisa Wilkins discovered her passion for fitness while recovering from a high school soccer injury, which led her to earn a degree in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire at Plymouth. With over 25 years of experience and NASM certification, she has been part of the Longfellow team since 1999 and has served as Group Exercise Director for the past 10 years.


She leads a dynamic team offering classes such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, barre, and strength training, and is passionate about helping members achieve their goals. Outside the club, Lisa enjoys time with her family, Cape Cod, and her longtime love of soccer.
