The Stott Pilates studio uses the teachings of Joseph Pilates to reinforce the principles of breath, stability, mobilization, concentration and centering. A private session may incorporate any of the Pilates studio equipment: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel. This one on one setting is perfect for extending a regular exercise regimen or for returning to exercise after an injury or surgery post-rehabilitation.
