Would you like to make a long lasting change in your health or physique? If you want results then you need to be consistent and progressive with your workouts. We have over 13,000 square feet of fitness space, which varies from traditional machine-based equipment to more functional training pieces that allow and encourage three-dimensional movement and working multiple muscles/muscle groups at the same time. We also stock a wide variety of ‘toys’ including stability balls, kettle bells, medicine balls, and balance tools. Our fitness area also supplies a variety of cardio pieces and a 40-foot turf strip, making it easy and convenient to add in some cardio bursts to intensify any workout. Dan Salerno and Sarah Krueger are the Co-Directors of Fitness at The Longfellow Health Club; they head up our dynamic group of personal trainers, who are powered by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, so your workouts are guaranteed to be safe and effective!
Our trainers will make an individualized plan that works for you and includes exactly what you need to do to help you reach your goals. They will guide you and provide the support and accountability needed to achieve those goals. Stand taller and move easier with our individualized flexibility and core training programs. Become stronger and leaner with integrated strength training and cardio programs. One-on-one personal training is available for both members and non-members*.

Introduction to Youth Training
This $149.00 package consists of 3 one-hour sessions for children ages 8-13. Resistance and cardiovascular training has been documented to be extremely beneficial for children as young as 8. Injury prevention is just one of the benefits of a regular exercise program. Help get your children moving regularly and properly.
Parental/guardian supervision is required for children age 8-11.
