Lumina at Longfellow

Our Lumina programs offer a wide range of classes including yoga, Pilates, barre, NIA, and meditation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our highly trained and passionate instructors are here to guide you on your wellness journey.


Located at 522 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA, Lumina Mind Body Studios is a peaceful oasis just across from our Wayland facility. Our dedicated space offers two hot yoga studios, a group reformer studio, women-only cardio and weight rooms, as well as a team of experienced dietitians to support your overall well-being.


At both the main Wayland and Natick Clubs, you'll find a variety of invigorating group exercise classes from the Lumina program. Join us to rejuvenate your body, calm your mind, and enhance your overall health.

Pilates Group Reformer Classes

Pilates reformer classes offer a range of benefits for individuals looking to enhance their fitness and overall well-being. The reformer's versatility allows for a full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, resulting in improved strength, flexibility, and posture. With its low-impact nature, the reformer is gentle on the joints and suitable for individuals with injuries or those seeking a less strenuous exercise option.

At our studio, we provide a diverse range of classes tailored to meet various skill levels and fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we offer classes suitable for every stage of your Pilates journey, including beginner, intermediate, multi-level, athletic conditioning, and jump board options. Our talented instructors will guide you through each class with care and expertise.

Non-Member Group Exercise Pricing Options

  • We offer drop in, 5-class and 10-class packs for non-members to access our group exercise classes. These options can be viewed and purchased through the Mindbody or Longfellow App.

Class Etiquette at Lumina

  • For the best possible experience, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for class. This way you can have all your props assembled and be ready to go when class begins. If life makes you late for the start of class, please enter the studio as quietly and mindfully as possible, understanding that the flow has already begun. Please do not enter a class more than 15 minutes late; you have missed the warm up and risk injuring yourself.
  • To help keep the studio floors clean, please leave outdoor shoes in the cubbies outside the studio. All shoes worn in classes must be indoor shoes only.
  • Please leave all cell phones outside of the studio. If you must be “on call,” please silence your phone and take all calls or texts outside the room, entering and exiting as quietly as possible.
  • Please keep conversations during class to a minimum. It is disruptive to both the teacher and the other students.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents to class. Many people are sensitive to smells.
  • At Lumina, we strive to create the most supportive, fun and relaxing community possible. Thank you for your positive energy, your mindfulness and your support.

Late Policy

  • Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to any Lumina class are at risk for injury, and therefore will be denied entry.  Please plan accordingly. Try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class in order to set up your equipment and be present at the beginning of the practice. If class has already begun when you arrive, please enter the studio as mindfully and silently as possible so as not to disturb the other students and flow of the class.
  • Students who wish to leave early from a class must inform the instructor prior to the beginning of class, and leave no later than the beginning of Savasana for yoga classes.
  • While we understand that sometimes “life happens,” it is for your safety and the enjoyment of all to have minimal disruptions during class.
