Water Exercise Wayland Schedule

Water exercise is a great aerobic workout!

Our classes are designed to accommodate various levels of ability, ranging from endurance sports training to those rehabilitating from injury, surgery, or other chronic conditions. We have exceptional instructors who motivate and train our participants to work at their level of ability.



Check out the schedule below and pick a class that fits into your schedule. Our participants appreciate the outstanding health benefits of working out in a the water, the ability to easily calibrate the intensity of the workout, and the strong sense of community and support. All classes are conducted following Covid regulations, with class size limits and plenty of safe space.
